No app download is required for most compatible devices.

WHAT CAN BE INCLUDED IN THE PROFILE?

You choose what information to include, such as:

• Pet name and photo
• Emergency contact information
• Allergies or medical notes
• Feeding instructions
• Veterinarian information
• Care instructions

You can update your profile information anytime through your account dashboard.

IMPORTANT

Our smart tags are designed to help reconnect lost pets with their families quickly, but they are not GPS trackers and do not provide live location tracking.

We recommend using smart tags alongside microchipping and other pet safety measures.
