OVERVIEW
Thank you for shopping with Made with Corazón. We carefully prepare each order with attention to quality, customization, and detail. Because many of our products are personalized, made-to-order, or require digital setup, processing times may vary.
By placing an order with Made with Corazón, you agree to the following Shipping Policy.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Current processing times may take up to 4 weeks (approximately 30 business days) before shipment, depending on order volume, product type, customization requirements, launches, holidays, restocks, or smart tag setup requirements.
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped and does not include shipping transit time.
Estimated processing times are subject to change without notice.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.
Made with Corazón is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
• Weather conditions
• Holidays
• High shipping volume
• Carrier service interruptions
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Shipping time estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
At this time, Made with Corazón ships only within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after label creation.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order.
Made with Corazón is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
SPLIT SHIPMENTS
Some orders may ship separately depending on product availability, customization requirements, or fulfillment timing.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Made with Corazón is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
PREORDERS & HIGH-DEMAND RELEASES
Certain collections, launches, preorders, or limited releases may require additional processing time beyond the standard estimated timeframe.
Estimated shipping windows for these releases are approximate and may change depending on demand and production timelines.
