Made with Corazón offers smart pet tags connected to digital pet profiles. By creating or using a smart pet profile, you acknowledge and agree that you may voluntarily provide information including, but not limited to:

• Pet name and photograph
• Breed, age, weight, sex, and birthdate
• Medical, dietary, allergy, medication, and veterinarian information
• Emergency contact information
• Owner contact information
• Phone numbers and addresses
• Login credentials and account information

You understand that certain information included in a pet profile may be visible to individuals who tap or scan the associated smart pet tag.

You are solely responsible for the information you choose to include in your pet’s profile and for keeping such information accurate and updated.

Made with Corazón is not responsible for inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or publicly shared information voluntarily submitted by users.

We strongly recommend avoiding unnecessary sensitive personal information within public profiles.

SECTION 10A - SMART TAG SERVICES

Made with Corazón smart tags use NFC and/or digital technologies to provide access to digital pet profile information selected by the pet owner.

The smart tag service is intended solely as a pet identification and informational tool and does not guarantee the recovery or safety of lost pets.

By using our smart tag services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Anyone who taps or scans a smart tag may view profile information selected by the pet owner
• Made with Corazón does not verify information submitted by users
• Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated information
• Smart tag services may occasionally experience interruptions, maintenance, delays, or technical issues
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any smart tag feature or service at any time

Made with Corazón is not responsible for actions taken by third parties based on profile information displayed through smart tags.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability.

Made with Corazón does not guarantee:

• Recovery of lost pets
• Continuous smart tag functionality
• NFC compatibility with all devices
• Continuous availability of digital pet profiles

The smart tag system is provided as an informational convenience only and should not replace microchipping, GPS tracking, veterinary identification, or other pet safety measures.

In no event shall Made with Corazón be liable for:

• Lost pets
• Injury, illness, or death of pets
• Inaccurate information submitted by users
• Unauthorized access caused by users sharing credentials
• Third-party misuse of publicly visible profile information
• Service outages or technical failures
• Device incompatibility with NFC technology

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made with Corazón shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
