Due to the personalized, custom, hygienic, and digital nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Personalized products
• Custom products
• Made-to-order items
• Digital pet profiles
• NFC services
• Digital products and services
• Gift cards
• Sale or discounted items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
• Accidental purchases
• Minor variations in color, finish, texture, marbling, pattern placement, or appearance
• Device incompatibility outside of our stated requirements
• Normal wear or pet-related damage after delivery
SMART TAG SERVICES & DIGITAL FEATURES
Smart tag functionality and digital pet profile services are digital services.
Due to the digital nature of these services, setup, activation, NFC linking, profile hosting, account creation, or digital customization fees are strictly non-refundable once activated or delivered.
Made with Corazón does not guarantee compatibility with every device, phone, scanner, NFC reader, or phone case.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Made with Corazón is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be canceled once placed.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUDULENT CLAIMS
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks involving delivered, customized, personalized, or digitally activated products or services.
False claims of non-delivery, unauthorized transactions, or misuse of refund policies may result in refusal of future service and possible legal action where applicable.
